S: Stand up.T: Goodbye, class.S: Goodbye, Mr. Lu.教 后 反 思 （Reflection）成功之處：本節(jié)課以談?wù)撁藶榫€索，首先通過小組合作，自主探究使學(xué)生學(xué)會從材料中提取有用的信息，為下面補全筆記作鋪墊。然后通過聽、說、讀、寫綜合技能的訓(xùn)練，使學(xué)生在對名人的崇拜，好奇中不知不覺的學(xué)會了補全筆記的方法和技巧。然后通過多種形式啟發(fā)學(xué)生談?wù)撟约核绨莸拿耍M(jìn)而訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的口頭表達(dá)和書面表達(dá)能力，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考我們應(yīng)如何向名人學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)他們什么，最終達(dá)到激發(fā)學(xué)生現(xiàn)在發(fā)奮學(xué)習(xí)，將來為社會多作貢獻(xiàn)的目的。針對本班學(xué)生短文填空能力較差的特點，我在練習(xí)中強化了這一訓(xùn)練，效果還不錯！本節(jié)課的總體思路是先引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說，再總結(jié)本單元重要語法內(nèi)容，最后進(jìn)行專項強化訓(xùn)練，課堂當(dāng)場鞏固，使學(xué)生從知識能力上，到情感上都得到提高。本節(jié)課合理使用學(xué)案，聽說讀寫全面訓(xùn)練，讓英語教學(xué)真正落到實處。不足之處：本節(jié)課需要注意兩個問題：1. 前后時間安排要更合理些，要留給學(xué)生更多的時間去探討，去表演！2. 對中下等生關(guān)注不夠！3.少數(shù)同學(xué)的課堂參與熱情不高。受傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)的影響，少數(shù)學(xué)生不敢大膽講英語，怕出錯。這就需要我們在平時的教學(xué)中加強口語訓(xùn)練，多給學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)語境，給學(xué)生留足夠的自由支配時間，鼓勵學(xué)生多用英語進(jìn)行交流。再教設(shè)計：1. 留給學(xué)生更多的時間去盡情的表演和享受！2. 鼓勵更多的中下等生用英語進(jìn)行交流，激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣！3. 注重分層練習(xí)，因材施教！不讓每一個學(xué)生掉隊！
