Grade 5 Unit 5 Look at the Monkeys一、教材內容第一課時:Lets start Lets chant A Lets learn Lets play C Task time二、教學目標:根據(jù)新課程標準的要求以及本課的特點、針對本班學生的實際,我制定如下教學目標:1. 知識目標:(1) 能夠聽、說、認讀:jumping、walking、swimming、flying、running 。能夠聽、說、讀、寫句子:The tiger is running ,the rabbit is jumping. 并能進行關鍵詞的替換練習.2. 能力目標:(1) 通過教學,培養(yǎng)學生觀察、記憶、思維、創(chuàng)造的能力.(2) 培養(yǎng)學生實際運用的能力.3. 情感、策略、文化等目標志:(1) 情感態(tài)度:鼓勵學生參與實踐活動.(2) 學習策略:注重觀察、交際功能、學會觀察、提問等策略。 (3) 文化目標:能夠詢問路線并簡單回答。3、 教學重難點1、四會單詞的掌握:jumping、walking、swimming、flying、running ;2、初步掌握現(xiàn)在進行時態(tài);3、運用動詞現(xiàn)在分詞進行交流。四、教學準備: 1根據(jù)學生活潑好動、好奇心強,有較強的模仿能力和聽說能力,在教學方法的總體構上,我遵循意思功能結構形式的教學理念,采用了歌謠的形式,交際法、活動等多種教學方法來教學。 2我用采小組竟賽的游戲來教學,4個小組,看哪個小組最先攀上高峰就算贏,這樣則可以最大限度地激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,以及能激發(fā)小組內合作而小組與小組之間的良性的學習竟爭意識。 3.為了更好地吸引學生的注意力,提高教學效果,我準備了錄音機、投影儀、圖片等工具。五、教學過程:Step1 leading-in1.Singa song“ Animals , animals are everywhere”2.Free talk (教師與學生之間自由交談,過渡到學生與學生之間的提問交談。What are you doing ? What is she/he doing?3.游戲:“跳兔子舞”,注意強調復習動詞fly ,swim, jump,walk 。Step 2 pre-task1. 教師出示動畫,介紹歌謠.并提出主任務:動畫里面有多少個動作? 2教師利用出示森林情景圖,然后利用圖片、身休語言、動作、不同的聲線和語調演繹歌謠:Walking ,walking , the elephant is walking .Flying, flying ,the bird is flying . Jumping ,jumping ,The rabbit is jumping . Swimming ,swimming ,the fish is swimming .Running , running , The tiger is running.3.學生聽完成歌謠后,回答解決提出的主任務。Step 3 while-task1.教師邀請部分學生一起演繹.2.教師根據(jù)歌謠內容,給各小組提出任務。Group1:_, _,the elephant is _.Group2:_, _,the bird is _.Group3:_, _, the rabbit is _.Group4:_, _, the fish is _.(搶答):_, _, the tiger is _.給小組提出問題答案就是本課的重點單詞.。2.鼓勵全班同學帶著任務一起唱歌謠.3.學生四人小組為單位,共同合作討論各自的問題,教師輔導.4.各小組代表匯報結果,教師板書并帶讀.5.教師引入課本,讓學生聽錄音并跟讀6.學生用不同的地方名稱替換句子:The tiger is running /walking. ?7. Lets chant.( P56) Step 4Post-task 1.Play games.A. Guessing game:把Lets start 的圖做成隱藏圖, 用不同形狀的彩色卡紙蓋住圖片的某些部分,讓學生猜猜動物們在做的事情。B. 出示各個單詞的2個字母提示,讓學生認讀單詞,看誰最快認讀出來。C.活學活用, Task time“Make a funny book” and talk about the funny book.3. Do some exercisesA. Listen and number.B.根據(jù)圖片提示和句子意思,完成句子。1)Look at that duck. Its _in the lake.2)The rabbit is _. 3)The kangaroo can _. 4)Look! She/ He/ It is running ”;總結字母a和字母組合 ar,sm,sl的發(fā)音規(guī)律,并能朗讀pronunciation部分的例詞。能力目標:在實際情境中正確運用所學的對話。情感目標:培養(yǎng)學生熱愛動物,熱愛大自然的良好品質;注重新舊知識的融會貫通,加強小組合作與交流;了解一些有關考拉(樹袋熊)和袋鼠的知識。三、教學重難點:四會句子:what is she/he/it doing? She/He/It is 的掌握。四、教學準備:1本節(jié)課采用“四步”教學法,通過完成任務和師生間的互動讓學生完成學習目標。2這節(jié)課還采用小組競賽的游戲方式來輔助教學。這樣能激發(fā)學生的學習興趣、小組內的合作、小組與小組之間的競爭意識。3采用適當?shù)脑u價方式激發(fā)學生學習的自信心及課堂學習積極性。4教學輔助輔助工具:掛圖、單詞卡、錄音機。五、教學過程:Step 1:Warm-up1Chant and do “Koalas are sleeping”2. GamesA: Magic eyes快速出示圖片,讓學生猜單詞。B: Miss Huang says.教師手里拿著幾張單詞卡,說Miss Huang says, 學生就根據(jù)圖片提示做出相應的動作,如果老師沒有說Miss Huang says, 學生就站在原地什么動作也不能做。4Lets try.Step 2:Presentation.4. 由Lets try 引出Lets talk.T: We know the monkey is .,the tiger is ., I see the baby elephant and the mother elephant, What are they doing now ? To show a magic world(奇妙世界),出示各種動物在做平常做不到的事情,如大象飛, 小兔子在玩電腦,鴨子圍著游泳圈游泳等,問學生:What do you see? ,然后引導學生回答:I see.,接著教師問What are they doing?引導學生回答:Theyre ,接著板書句型并帶讀。Step 3 Practice.1.ImitationListen and follow - read together-read by roles-check2. Theyre .”并能在情境中運用。通過視聽、閱讀短文中獲得信息,完成任務并總結。2、能力目標:學生能較流利地朗讀所學短文。學生能根據(jù)所獲信息寫出簡單的句子。3、情感、策略、文化等目標:情感目標:培養(yǎng)學生善于用英語表達實況。學習策略:學生能分小組進行討論,在合作過程中積極發(fā)揮各自所長,共同完成學習任務。學生能夠運用所學的語言,在教師提供的信息內完成任務,提高語言的表達能力。文化目標:了解一些英語基本的回應用語。三、教學重難點本課的教學重點是句型“What are they doing? Theyre .”難點是在實際情景中正確運用所學對話。 四、教學準備1、在教學方法上,我遵循“聽說為主,讀寫跟上”的教學理念,選用任務活動層次型教學為主,讓學生通過各種途徑完成教師布置的任務,例如通過觀看投影、閱讀短文分別完成習題等學習活動,達到了使學生“形成積極與他人合作,共同完成學習任務;對所學內容能主動練習和實踐等基本學習策略”的目的。2、我采用小組競賽的游戲來輔助教學。這樣能更有效地激發(fā)學生學習的興趣,激發(fā)小組內合作而小組與小組之間良性的學習競爭意識。3、為了更好地吸引學生的注意力,提高教學效果,我課前還準備了圖片、小黑板、錄音機及磁帶等輔助設備。五、教學過程Step 1. Leading in 1、全班起立,齊唱歌曲:課本56頁 Lets chant.(師生一起拍手唱)2、Free talk:(會話形式多樣,如:師生;生師;生生)E.g.: Good morning. How are you today? What day is it today?出示圖片問生What is it doing? What are they doing?3、Games. Missing game.教師先出示三張圖片,學生讀一遍后把其中的一張拿走,請學生說出被拿走的圖片。 Guessing game.老師做動作,其他學生根據(jù)動作猜出新名詞詞組。Step 2. Pre task and while task 1、提出主任務,播放錄音內容。T:“出示 Sarah ,Amy and Chen Jie 的圖片,do you want to know what they are talking about?”讓學生說說他們的猜想,教師接著說:“We dont know is he right? Is she right? lets listen to the passage together. And there is a question. ”出示主任務:Main tasks: Where are they?T: “Please listen carefully and think it over. And then answer the question. Now, lets listen.”播放錄音內容。2、完成主任務,提出子任務。教師指導完成主任務后說:“Well done. Look, I have another four questions here. Can you answer ? Question 1 is for Team 1 and Team 2 , question 2 is for Team 3and Team 4 ”出示子任務。Subtasks: 1.What are the tigers doing? _ 2.What are the pandas doing?_T: “Now, lets listen to the tape again, and try to read after it, ok? You can underline the words or the sentences you need. ”播放錄音內容。3、完成子任務。每組以四人小組為單位先討論,教師巡視,對有困難的學生及時給予幫助,然后再請同學回答相應的問題,并給予個人獎勵。4、模仿朗讀。T: “Good job! Now, lets have a race. 看看誰的朗讀與錄音的最相近,和它成為twins. Now, lets read after it.”播放課文錄音,學生以多種形式模仿朗讀,如集體模仿,個別模仿等。5、Retell the passage.學生四人一組展開復述,教師給予個別輔導,并鼓勵學生大膽復述。6、通過板書內容引導學生寫動物正在做的事情。(此環(huán)節(jié)老師先口頭示范一次,然后再小組合作寫一寫。)7、完成任務。并反饋學生寫的內容,最后讓學生完成課本P63的習題。8、Lets find out.根據(jù)課本表格進行對話,找同伴做對話,然后展示。9、Finish “Lets check.”Listen and circlelisten and check the answer by oneselfcheck the answers.Step 3 Do some exercises1.
