如果主句是 一般過去時(shí)，從句用過去的某種時(shí)態(tài)。例如: I didnt know if he would come tomorrow.我不知道他明天是否會(huì)來 知識(shí)點(diǎn) 4 原因狀語從句和讓步狀語從句的用法 分類 從屬連詞 例句 原因 狀語 從句 because 因?yàn)?，as， 因?yàn)?，since 既然 I often eat carrots because they are good for my health. 我經(jīng)常吃胡蘿卜是因?yàn)閷?duì)我的身體有好處。 As I dont know the way, I had to ask the policeman. 由于我不知道路，所以我不得不問警察。 Since we are all here, lets reach a decision now. 既然大家都來了，現(xiàn)在讓我們做決定吧。 although/though 雖然，盡管 Though he is very poor, he is very happy. 他雖然很窮，但他很快樂。 Although he is young, he is very clever. 他盡管年輕，但很聰明。 盡管 as Hard as I tried, I was unable to make great progress. 盡管我盡力了，但是仍然不能取得大的進(jìn)步。 Clever as he is, he doesnt study well. 盡管他聰明，但是他學(xué)習(xí)并不好。 even if/even though 即使 Even if he is very busy, he always helps me. 即使他很忙，他也總是幫助我。 I will have a try even though I should fail. 即使會(huì)失敗，我也要試一下。 whether. or不 管還是 Whether the weather is good or bad，we will set off as planned. 不管天氣是好還是壞，我們都將按計(jì)劃啟程。 讓步 狀語 從句 whatever/whoever/ whenever/however 等詞可以引導(dǎo)狀語 從句 No matter which (Whichever) road you take, you will arrive safely.不管你走哪條路，你都能安全到達(dá)。 However (No matter how) expensive it may be, Ill take it. 無論它有多貴，我都要買下它。 知識(shí)點(diǎn) 5 比較狀語從句和方式狀語從句的用法 分類 從屬連詞 例句 比較狀 語從句 than 比，as. as 和一樣 not as/so. as .不 如, the morethe more. 越就越 He can run faster than you (can).他能跑得比你快。 The result was not as/so good as I had expected.結(jié)果不如 我所預(yù)料的那么好。 The busier he is the happier lie feels.他越忙越覺得開心。 方式狀 語從句 as 正如，像，按照 When in Rome，do as the Romans do.人鄉(xiāng)隨俗。 Would you please do the experiment as I am doing?請(qǐng)你 按照我做的方法來做實(shí)驗(yàn) 好嗎? 方式狀 語從句 as if/as though 好像 The boss speaks aloud as if he is very angry. 老板大聲說著話，好像他很生氣。 He acted as though nothing had happened. 他表現(xiàn)得好像什么也沒有發(fā)生。 知識(shí)點(diǎn) 6 目的狀語從句和結(jié)果狀語從句的用法 結(jié)果狀語從句在主句中表示結(jié)果。其連接詞有：sothat（如此以至于） ，such that（如此 以至于）等。 例如： Its such a good chance that you cant miss it. 這次機(jī)會(huì)如此好，你不能失去它。 注意： sothat 和 such that 都可以引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語從句，注意 so 和 such 后面所接的詞不同。 (1) such. that sucha(an) 形容詞單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞that 從句 such形容詞復(fù)數(shù)名詞/不可數(shù)名詞that 從句 例如： He was such an honest man that he was praised by the teacher. 他非常誠實(shí)，因而受到了老師的表揚(yáng)。 They are such interesting novels that I want to read them once again. 這些小說非常有趣，我想再讀一遍。 (2)但是如果名詞前由 many、much、few、little（少）等詞修飾，則用 so。 例如： He had so many falls that he was black and blue all over. 他摔了很多跤，以至于全身上下青一塊，紫一塊的。 (3) so . that so形容詞副詞.that 從句 so形容詞a(an) 單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞that 從句 例如： He runs so fast that nobody can catch up with him. 他跑得非常快，沒人能追上他。 Dr. Wang is so good that everybody loves and respects him. =He is so good a doctor that everybody loves and respects him. =He is such a good doctor that everybody loves and respects him. 他是一位好醫(yī)生，大家都尊敬并愛戴他。 知識(shí)點(diǎn) 7 目的狀語從句： 目的狀語從句在主句中表示目的。其連接詞有：so（以便） ，so that（為了） ，in order that（為了）等， 從句中多用情態(tài)動(dòng)詞 can, will, may, should 等。 例如： He got up very early so that he could catch the first train. 他起床很早以便于趕第一班火車。 I will run slowly so that you can catch up with me. 我慢慢跑以便你能趕上我。
