建筑合同architecture confirmation甲方：party a：乙方：party b：合同編號(hào)： contract no日期：date：簽約地點(diǎn)：signed at： 特約定：甲方基于下文所列各種因素，特與乙方達(dá)成了協(xié)議并一致同意：由甲方在訂約日期之翌日起_天之內(nèi)為乙方建造并完成_（涉約建筑）。涉約建筑之規(guī)模及所需的鋼筋、水泥、磚塊、石子和其它建筑材料之?dāng)?shù)量，均在作為合同附件的設(shè)計(jì)圖和施工細(xì)則中予以說(shuō)明。witnesses that the party a for considerations hereinafter named, contracts and agrees with the party b that party a will, within_ days, next following the date hereof, build and finish a libarary building for party b.
