<p>盒形件沖壓工藝分析及復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含14張CAD圖紙帶任務(wù)書+開(kāi)題報(bào)告+外文翻譯】-cymj20</p><p>盒形件沖壓工藝分析及復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)</p><p>摘 &nbsp;要</p><p>該套模具制造簡(jiǎn)單,但需要多套模具,效率低、流程路線太長(zhǎng),過(guò)程分離,更難保證零件的精度和技術(shù)要求,并且過(guò)程自動(dòng)化程度不高,生產(chǎn)成本也非常高,已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代機(jī)械加工的需求。所以為了解決這種問(wèn)題,針對(duì)沖壓工藝和矩形盒拉深過(guò)程,首先介紹了盒形件冷沖壓成形過(guò)程,通過(guò)對(duì)盒形件的批量生產(chǎn)、零件質(zhì)量、零件結(jié)構(gòu)以及使用要求的分析、研究,按照不降低使用性能為前提,等設(shè)計(jì)出三種不同的沖壓工藝方案并且分析和比較的形成過(guò)程包括單一過(guò)程,復(fù)雜的過(guò)程和持續(xù)的過(guò)程也就是我們常說(shuō)的單工序、復(fù)合工序和連續(xù)工序,最終確定用一套復(fù)合模完成落料、拉深、沖底面矩形孔,翻邊的工序過(guò)程。精加工沖壓方法,力的計(jì)算,模具尺寸和公差,和設(shè)計(jì)模具。一份詳細(xì)的零件清單和所需的模具,并給出一個(gè)合理的裝配圖。給未來(lái)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了一個(gè)參考,借鑒執(zhí)筆的成效。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:盒形件;拉伸;復(fù)合模;模具設(shè)計(jì)</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The mold manufacturing is simple, but need more sets of molds, low efficiency, process route is too long, the separation process, more difficult to guarantee precision parts and technology, and process automation degree is not high, the production cost is also very high, has been unable to meet the demand of modern machining.
