<p>某轎車雙級主減速器的設(shè)計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含4張CAD圖紙帶任務(wù)書+開題報告+中期報告+答辯ppt+外文翻譯】-clsj20</p><p>某型汽車主減速器設(shè)計</p><p>摘要:本設(shè)計是對某汽車設(shè)計一個結(jié)構(gòu)合理、工作性可靠的雙級主減速器。它是由兩級齒輪減速組成。相比單級的優(yōu)勢很明顯,離地間隙比較大,并且設(shè)計得到的傳動比也較高,并且還具有構(gòu)造簡單,工作安靜,應(yīng)用年限足夠等優(yōu)點。本次設(shè)計的內(nèi)容包括有:對設(shè)計方法進行研究,對設(shè)計的不合理之處進行改進分析。齒輪與齒輪軸的設(shè)計與校核,以及軸承的選用與校核。為了更好的確定方案。充分對原來的參數(shù)進行應(yīng)用,對比同級車型的主減速器的發(fā)展技術(shù),優(yōu)化匹配傳動比,并對功能效果影響很大的強度參數(shù)進行了校核。對軸承進行設(shè)計布置,保證工作更安全高效,完成設(shè)計標(biāo)準。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:主減速器;改進;校核;設(shè)計</p><p>Design of Main Reducer for a Automobile</p><p>Abstract: This design is an automotive design a rational structure, reliable work of the two.stage primary reducer. It is composed of a two.stage gear reduction.
