<p>汽車變速箱箱體加工工藝及銑前后端面夾具設(shè)計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含4張CAD圖紙+帶過程工序卡片+任務(wù)書+開題報告+文獻綜述+外文翻譯】-jjsj21</p><p>汽車變速箱箱體加工工藝及銑前后端面夾具設(shè)計</p><p>摘 要</p><p>本設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容是對給定的汽車變速箱箱體進行工藝規(guī)程程設(shè)計,并編制相應(yīng)的工序卡片。其中包括擬定加工工藝路線,包括加工方法、定位基準(zhǔn)選擇、機床、刀具的選擇及專用夾具設(shè)計。根據(jù)工藝要求設(shè)計并繪制指定工序的專用夾具裝配圖。要求結(jié)構(gòu)合理,工作效率高,制造方便,盡量降低成本和制造難度,并對夾具精度和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性進行分析。機床夾具的首要任務(wù)是保證加工精度,特別是保證被加工工件的加工面與定位面以及加工表面相互之間的位置精度。在機床上使用專用夾具后可使加工變得方便,并擴大機床的工藝范圍,減輕工人勞動強度,保證安全生產(chǎn)。</p><p>關(guān)鍵字:變速箱箱體 工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計 專用夾具設(shè)計</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The main content of this design is to process the process design of the car gearbox and the corresponding process card. Including drafting processing craft route, including processing methods, the locating datum selection and transformation, machine tools, cutting tools and equipment, such as the choice of special fixture design. To design and draw special fixture assembly drawings according to process requirements. Reasonable structure, high efficiency, convenient manufacturing, low cost and manufacturing difficulty, and analysis of fixture precision and technical economy. Machine tool fixture's first priority is to ensure the machining accuracy, especially to ensure that the processed workpiece machining surface and locating surface between machined surface and location accuracy.
