<p>堵頭注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【一模四腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含proe三維26張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯】-zsmj09</p><p>堵頭注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【一模四腔含26張CAD圖紙及proe三維】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>從19世紀(jì)開始,塑料就開始發(fā)展了起來(lái),從合成樹脂到現(xiàn)在各種各樣的化合物,可謂是日益完善,而模具也是從這時(shí)候發(fā)展起來(lái)的。塑料模具的分類很多,按照塑料制件的不同可分為:注射模、壓縮模、壓注模、擠出模、氣動(dòng)成型模等。注塑模具又稱注塑成型,是熱塑性塑料制品生產(chǎn)的一種重要的方法。除少數(shù)塑料制品外,幾乎所有的熱塑性塑料都可以用注射成型方法生產(chǎn)塑料制品?,F(xiàn)如今模具已經(jīng)成為了發(fā)展中不可或缺的產(chǎn)物,對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展也有這重大的貢獻(xiàn)。</p><p>本文主要介紹堵頭注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)方法。首先通過(guò)對(duì)堵頭工藝特點(diǎn),包括材料性能、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝和成型特性等進(jìn)行分析而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)該模具的同時(shí),學(xué)習(xí)模具知識(shí)和設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)脫螺紋機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),融匯了課程中的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)到其中。同時(shí)引用了CAD、Pro/E等技術(shù),建立修改二維三維圖紙。而在應(yīng)用軟件的同時(shí),也發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的不足并改進(jìn),從而提高自己對(duì)零件的了解和軟件的熟練操作,從而達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)目的。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模 旋轉(zhuǎn)脫螺紋 堵頭 三維圖</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>From the 19th century, the plastic began to develop, from synthetic resin to now a variety of compounds, can be described as increasingly perfect, and the mold is also developed from this time.
