Teaching procedures :
Ⅰ. Warming-up activities :
1. Greetings and an English song.
2. Free talk. Then revise the Simple Past Tense.
What did you do this morning / last night / yesterday / etc?
Ⅱ. Drill :
1. Show a picture. Tell the Ss they had a school trip las
4、t summer, then talk about the picture and put the cards of phrases on the Bb.
2. Get the Ss to write down the phrases in the chart of activity 1 a and read them.
3. Ask and answer with the Ss in different ways.
Ⅲ. Oral practice :
1. A: How was your school trip?
B: It was fantastic.

A: Did you go to the beach / zoo?
B: Yes, I did. / No, I didn’t.
Practice with other activities in the picture. Then get the Ss to talk about their activities that happened.
3. Put some oranges on the desk and then hide them.
A: Are there any oranges?
B: Yes, there

A: were there any oranges?
B: Yes, there were(some).
A: were there any apples?
B: No, there were’t(any).
Point out “some / any”.
Use Ss’ school things to practice the conversation. Then Ss ask and answer in pairs. Give the oranges to the Ss who act well as gifts.
Ⅳ. Presentation :

7、Present the new words “gift / souvenir / shark / seal / aquarium” and the phrase “hang out”.
2. Tell the Ss something about Tina’s trip. Then ask them some questions to present the conversation in activity 1b. Read the conversation.
Ⅴ. Listening practice :
1. Go through the phrases and read.

8、Listen to the tape for the first time.
Ask: What did Tina do on her school trip? Ss just listen.
3. Listen again, Ss circle the things Tina did. Check the answers.
4. Read the listening material after the tape for twice. Then role play the conversation.
Ⅵ. Pairwork :
1. Show another picture,
9、point out the names and talk about what they did on their school trip.
2. The teacher makes model conversations with some Ss.
3. Ss work in pairs. The teacher moves around the classroom and helps them if necessary.

說課稿(Unit 8, Go for it !)
一、教材解讀:
本單元的中心話題是談?wù)撨^去發(fā)生的事情(talk about events in the past).這個話題非常貼近學(xué)生的生活實際。在這節(jié)課中,同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)并運用動詞的過去式進行聽、說、讀、寫、演等各項練習(xí)。教材中的對話包括一般過去時(the Simple Past Tense)的各種句式,對相關(guān)活動的設(shè)計及聽力語言材料的選編都是為了讓學(xué)生在真實有趣的情景中得到充分的練習(xí)。

二、教學(xué)設(shè)計依據(jù):
熱身部分(Warming-up activities)主要是激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣及熱情。課前一首英文歌曲營造了學(xué)習(xí)英語的氛圍?!盁嵘怼辈糠值闹攸c是自由對話(Free talk)。根據(jù)學(xué)生對老師的情況很好奇的心理特點,設(shè)計了師生之間互問問題從而達到增進了解的目的,做到師生平等,形成和諧的課堂氣氛,讓學(xué)生在接下來談?wù)撨^去的活動中敢說、愿說。
操練部分(Drill)為呈現(xiàn)activity 1a而準備了一幅色彩鮮艷、內(nèi)容豐富的沙灘圖,創(chuàng)設(shè)了學(xué)校旅行(school trip)的情景,圖中的活動都是學(xué)生熟知的、容易表達的活動。這種有情景的操練進一步鞏固學(xué)生對動詞過去式的掌握程度。
13、口語部分(Oral practice)分為三個環(huán)節(jié)。第一,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生表達自己這次學(xué)校旅行的感受。雖然這只是一個情景,但足以給學(xué)生留下美好的回憶。第二,運用沙灘圖中的活動,引出本課的重點句型“Did you ……”,然后指導(dǎo)學(xué)生談?wù)撍麄円呀?jīng)做過的事情,在反復(fù)練習(xí)中掌握這個句型。第三,借助實物(oranges) 導(dǎo)入本課的另外一個句型“Where there any ……”。在學(xué)生得到充分練習(xí)之后,創(chuàng)新使用他們的學(xué)習(xí)用品進行交流。對于表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生,應(yīng)給予肯定,并將實物(oranges)作為獎品獎給他們以資鼓勵。這三個環(huán)節(jié)的練習(xí)由簡到繁,由易到難,采取不同方式,運用實物,聯(lián)系實際,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的英語口
14、語能力。
呈現(xiàn)部分(Presentation)是為下面的聽力部分作準備。運用實物、圖片及英語解釋等多種方法呈現(xiàn)新單詞及詞組,而且口語部分已為要呈現(xiàn)的對話打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
聽力部分(Listening Practice)做到循序漸進。首先帶著問題聽,然后邊聽邊找出需要的信息,最后通過跟讀、分角色朗讀形成語感。此部分不再是聽簡單的單詞發(fā)音,更重要的是聽有意義的對話。
結(jié)對練習(xí)(Pairwork)設(shè)計了一個合作任務(wù),主要是將所學(xué)知識系統(tǒng)地進行練習(xí)并加以總結(jié)創(chuàng)新。此時提供一幅書中的圖畫,利于全體學(xué)生觀看。在說之前,讓學(xué)生對圖中的人名及活動有大致的了解;然后老師與幾個學(xué)生示范對話,讓學(xué)生明確任務(wù);再給予他們足夠的時間準備,以達到良好的教學(xué)效果。同時,在與同桌準備到表演的過程中,學(xué)生也學(xué)會了相互合作,并獲得成就感與集體榮譽感。
整個教學(xué)過程力求做到環(huán)環(huán)相扣,過渡自然,對學(xué)生的各方面英語能力進行綜合訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運用英語表達思想、進行交際的能力。
