9、m in one day because he would be away for a week. He said that he have left the key in his mailbox. Unfortunately, I forgot all about birds until the night before Davis were to return. What was worse, it was already dark when I arrived at his house. I soon found the key left by Davis can’t unlock ei

10、ther the front door nor the back door. I was getting worrying. I was just about to give up while I noticed that one bedroom window was slightly open. I climbed up and opened the window. Just then a policeman and one of Davis’ neighbor arrived. I felt like a completely fool at that time. Passage
